RETAIL RUNWAY APPLICATION

New Orleans Fashion Week | MARCH 24-30, 2019

NOFW is the catalyst and driving force that unites fashion professionals in a series of high-end runway shows, presentations, pop-up boutiques, networking opportunities and social experiences. NOFW raises attention and encourages economic growth by combining fashion and beauty on the runway and fusing it with the creative spirit of New Orleans.

Recognizing the common thread between designers and boutiques, NOFW welcomes a select number of retailers to show on the runway. Retailers interested in showing a collection at New Orleans Fashion Week are required to complete and submit by the application by the designiated deadline.

NOTE: While all applications are appreciated and will be reviewed, submissions does not guarantee a spot on the runway. Retail Runway Application deadline is December 31, 2018. Retailers selected will be notified by January 15, 2019.

COST: There is no application fee; however, there is a nominal production fee to offset event expenses is required for your participation. The fee is based on the presentation option selected. NOFW has been structured as a turnkey by managing the model castings, coordinating the hair and makeup team, venue and production logistics, as well advertising, marketing/PR, etc. This enables you to focus on your fashions and show presentation.

FASHIONS: As a retailer you may want to present every category of fashion that you carry. However, a cohesive and coorinated presentation that tells a fashion story and incorporates a creative component is more professional and memorable.

MODELS: A lookbook of those models assigned to you will be provided upon your being accepted as a New Orleans Fashion Week runway participant. Please note that photos provided are "mug shots" taken at casting and often the models are not in full hair and makeup.
