  • Before submitting a request, please perform the following items:

    1. Verify that you allowed the app to access your current location
Go to Settings scroll to the bottom, tap on Go Paddling and verify that the Location setting is set to While Using the App.
If it is set to Never, the app will crash often.
    2. Verify that you are using the latest operating system on your device.
      Go to Settings>General>Software Update
    3. Verify you are running the latest version of the Go Paddling app by updating your app
Go to the App store app and tap on Updates.  If Go Paddling is listed, be sure to install the update.
    4. If the app is crashing, please remove the app from your device and reinstall it. Note this will delete the favorites data on the app as well.
