Please review and submit the following list of documents, drawings and/or information AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

***ALL INFO MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE JOB STARTS***
- Civil CAD drawings must be AutoCAD 2014, at a minimum
- All reference files from Engineer - including Civil PDFs
- All revisions should be sent to mark@mreofjax.com and tim@mreofjax.com in a timely fashion to prevent corrections.
***If revisions are received AFTER work commences, the Client/GC are responsibile for mistakes and/or issues arising from the lack of current plans
- Please provide a full Scope detailing:
  1. all work expected (i.e. silt fence, demo, curb, As-builts, etc.);
  2. when work needs to be completed;
  3. names, titles & cell phone numbers of all individuals authorized to direct us to work.
- When ordering As-builts, please do not forget to provide the entity name (i.e. JEA, County or City Utility) and full contact information for submitting purposes.
