Before Renting
• Minimum rental period is 3 months.
• A valid card with sufficient funds must remain on file.
• Renters or homeowners insurance is required. Your policy must cover damage to your home or neighboring property caused by water, fire, or other damage.
Possible Fees
• Late payment fee: $10 charged to the card on file.
• Missed appointment fee: $35 when less than 6 business hours notice is provided.
Equipment, Pickup, and Delivery
All equipment remains the property of Quack Rentals. Failure to make payments or return the equipment may result in a $500 fee per unit plus possible legal or financial action.
If you can no longer afford the rental, please schedule a free pickup promptly.
Customers must provide at least 18 inches of clearance on each side of the machines during delivery and removal.
Quack Rentals is not responsible for floor damage during use or installation, personal injury from equipment use, or damage to clothing or belongings. We are also not responsible for wall or surrounding area damage when enough clearance is not provided.
