  • Banner Agreement

  • Fees: Installation, maintenance and removal is $40 per banner per month. Please see details in the banner display guidelines.

    Payment: Payment is due upon approval of reservation.

    Available Space: Space is available upon a first-come-first-serve basis. 

    Storage: Storage arrangements can be made on a case by case basis. If storage is needed, a rental fee of $200 per month will be invoiced.

    • I understand that this application, as well as banner designs, must be approved by Downtown Alliance.
    • I understand that banners must be scheduled for pick-up at least one week before installation to Eric Crowther (801-349-0660).
    • I understand that if banners do not have the correct grommet placements that I am responsible for any additional expense.
    • I understand that repairs, reservation extensions, storage fees, and early removal fees will be billed separately and I am responsible for payment of those stated above.
    • I understand that payment is required upon approval of reservation.   

     I agree to not hold Downtown Alliance or Eric Crowther responsible for any damage to my banners while they are in their possession.
