Waiver of Liability Release:*

By agreeing to a campus photography session on the Christ Cathedral Campus, I am hereby waiving, releasing, and discharging Christ Cathedral Campus, and all of its affiliates, from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from negligence or fault of the entities or guests released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind, which may hereafter occur to me or my group. I hereby agree to be responsible for the conduct and actions of my children. Christ Cathedral and the Diocese of Orange bear no responsibility for injuries incurred by personal carelessness, negligence, or poor judgement. Christ Cathedral Campus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold and/or withdraw permission to photography on its premises or to reproduce photographs taken on the Christ Cathedral Campus. The operations or use of any drones, unmanned or aircraft/flying systems, and remotely-controlled or radio-controlled flying machines (whether or not motorized) of all types, shapes,and sizes, at any time in the vicinity of or on Christ Cathedral Campus is strictly prohibited. Please wear appropriate clothing for the Christ Cathedral Campus. Clothes that are revealing or inappropriate are not permitted on church property. A campus photography session entitles photographs and video to be taken outside only. All building interiors are not available for portrait photography, and if used, the photographer and group will be asked to leave the property. Weddings and quinceañeras celebrated on the Christ Cathedral Campus shall enjoy priority for photo shoots. All payments are non-refundable.
