If your Case knife has a manufacturing defect due to materials or manufacturing, please complete the form below for return authorization. Alternatively, if your knife is worn or broken due accidental damage, or other issues, Case offers repair services for a small fee.

Once your warranty or repair request is reviewed, a Case representitive will contact with further instructions.
