TERMS & CONDITIONS:
OEC reserves the right to review and consider for rejection any advertising. The advertiser and agency assume liability for all content, including text and illustrations of advertising published. OEC shall be under no liability for its failure, for any cause, to insert an advertisement.
Billing & Payments: Statements will be mailed each month for accounts with contracts. Payment is due by the 15th of the month preceding the month the ad is to run. Co-op Connections Card participants displaying the Co-op Connections logo in their ads and advertisers signing a one year contract will receive a 10% discount (for a total combined discount of 20%). No refunds will be made, but advertisers may postpone the date in which their ad is to run (see Ad Placement for terms).
Ad Placement: Initial ad work, i.e. sizing, graphics, etc., is complimentary, but a nominal fee may be charged for additional ad design work exceeding one redesign per contract year. Advertisements without contracts will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon available space. Placement of your ad after postponing or cancelling is contingent upon available space.
Cancellations: Ads will run until the contract term expires or the advertiser fails to pay timely. To cancel an ad before the expiration of the contract term, the advertiser must submit a letter of cancellation. Cancellations must be in writing and received by the 10th of the month preceding the month the ad was to run, i.e. the cancellation must be received by January 10th, to stop the February ad from running. Advertisers cancelling before their contracted term expires will be responsible for any amounts discounted to be applied to and payable with the final bill.
