  • Prerequisite Information

    Students must have successfully completed all prerequisites or be actively enrolled in the prerequisities at the application deadline. If applicant is actively enrolled in classes when submitting this application, those grades will be included in the admissions process providing they are posted by May 30th.

    Must have a C or better in each of the prerequisite courses, with the exception BIO 141 and 142 OR BIO 138, which must be completed with a B- or better.

  • Prospective Student Observation Form

    Prospective Mid Michigan College EEG students are required to observe at least four hours in a hospital medical imaging department in order to evaluate EEG technology as a career. The observation requirement may be waived in lieu of experience working in a medical imaging setting. If seeking a waiver of this requirement, briefly describe previous experience in a medical imaging setting on a document and upload below.

    A brief account of:

    1. Significant experiences, activities, and employment.
    2. Your reasons for considering a career in Health Sciences.
    3. How your medical imaging department observation related to your reasons for selecting a career in Health Sciences.
    4. Your plans and aspirations for the future.

    The personal statement is to by typed on a seperate document, should be a maxiumum of one page in length, and uploaded below.

    Students must successfully complete the following courses to receive bonus points towards selective admissions. Maximum bonus points allowed is 10.
