Terms and Conditions:
Agape Winery wine club shipments average $80 per shipment plus tax and shipping. Prior to shipping, your credit card will be automatically billed for the shipment of the wines. Members, who elect will call pick-up, have 30 days from billing to take delivery of wines. After 30 days, Agape Winery reserves the right to send shipment to address on file, using the credit card on file to cover shipping fees. If you would like to cancel your membership, you can do so in writing after receipt of two shipments. Cancelling before will result in a $50 early termination fee. Must be 21 years of age or older and this offer is void where prohibited by law.
