CAT Adoption Form
You are about to begin a journey of love, commitment, joy, work, and expense that can last up to 22 years! Because there are three parties involved in this potential rehoming – the animal, you, and me – all three parties must have realistic expectations and be in agreement for this pet rehoming to be successful. My primary focus of concern is the animal. Most of these animals were unplanned, unwanted, abused, abandoned, sick, or neglected. Many were scheduled to die at local animal control facilities. I have worked hard to reverse the damage experienced by these animals. Because of this and because of the time, dedication, and finances which will be required of you and your family, it is important I ask the following questions. NOTE: PROVIDING FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION HEREIN WILL RESULT IN THE FORFITURE OF ANY REHOME FEES AND ANY ANIMALS ADOPTED. “2 Hands Saving 4 Paws Humane Society Inc." current OWNER OF ALL ANIMALS BEING REHOMED, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY ADOPTION FOR ANY REASON. THE PROFESSIONAL JUDGEMENT OF THE ADOPTING OWNER IS FINAL.
