Thank you for considering us as our breeder, by completing this application, you are assisting us in ensuring the right puppy placement for each family. All information received in this questionnaire will be kept confidential and will be used by Louvre Australian Shepherds for the purpose of placement. Submission of this questionnaire is not a guarantee that a puppy will be available. Please answer the following questions as completely and honestly as you can. We have the right to deny anyone whom we feel is not a proper fit or suitable home for one of our puppies. All homes will be required to complete this questionnaire prior to ownership approval.

We require a non-refundable reservation fee of $350 to be paid once the puppies are born and thriving via Cash,Venmo friends and family or paypal friends and family only. We require that the final payment be paid in full via CASH ONLY at the time of picking up the dog/puppy. We DO NOT accept PayPal business transactions, Venmo business transactions, Zelle, credit card, or Checks for any reason. All fees MUST be PAID IN FULL PRIOR to taking home the dog/puppy. Failure to pay for and pick up the dog/puppy within 7 business days of the agreed upon pick up date set by the breeder will result in forfeiting ownership of the dog/puppy which will then be placed in another home (A refund Will NOT be issued as a fee for our inconvenience. ) All dogs or puppies are $2500 unless publicly noted. This allows time for your puppy to properly grow using the hormones they need to close growth plates etc. We will not sell a puppy to anyone wanting to spay or neuter prior to this age, and proof of spay/neuter must be presented by no later than 1 month after the 2nd birthday of the dog for dogs sold as pets with limited only registration. IF a puppy is spayed/neutered prior to 2 years old all health guarantees are void.
