    *We have a 2 night stay policy.
    *We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,and Travellers Check.
    *Guests are responsible for all nights reserved
    *No refunds for early departure or inclement weather
    *We have a strict No Smoking policy (smoking outside only), we do charge a $200 fee for smoking inside.
    * UNAPPROVED pets or over night un-registered guests, you will be billed appropriately and/or asked to leave with no money refunded.
    One time pet fee of $30 per pet.
    We can not accommodate large groups.
    *Check-in time: 3 pm and Check-out time: 11 am
    *There is a $35 non-refundable fee upon making your reservation.
    *Credit cards are processed in full 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, less the $35 that was processed upon making the reservation.


    Cancellation & Re-scheduling

    Your room charge will be refunded less $35.00 booking fee if you cancel or re-schedule at least 14 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel or re-schedule with less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. No refunds for early departure.
