Why We Charge a $100 Non-Refundable Fee
At AORTA we’ve always been committed to providing flexibility for our clients. Historically, we have not charged any fees if an event was canceled, whether by the race director or due to inclement weather. However, due to the recent increase in cancellations, we’ve had to adjust our policy.
Since we can only schedule one event per week, a cancellation results in a significant loss of revenue for our club. To ensure we can continue offering quality service and support, we now charge a non-refundable fee of $100 for every booked event. This fee, which is applied to the final cost of $450, helps us cover basic operational expenses and reserve your event date.
