  • Arrival and Departure

    Arrival and departure times are set in consideration of other camp groups coming to Luccock Park, and while we have already discussed your plans, please confirm them here.

  • Meals

    The following information will help us to prepare meals that enhance your experience.  
    • We want ALL campers to feel included at mealtime, so please be as thorough as possible. Last-minute changes are difficult in this remote setting and the kitchen is NOT responsible for any food requirements not provided on this form.
    • Food requirements beyond the choices below may be available, but we suggest participants come prepared with their own food if their dietary needs are highly sensitive or vary from the provided options.
    • Note: Breakfast is at 8 a.m., Lunch at 12 p.m. and Dinner at 5 p.m.  
    • These times can be flexible, but because of staffing, please adhere to them as much as possible. 
  • A reminder that - unless otherwise agreed upon - your group will be expected to provide helpers for "KP Duty" at the conclusion of each meal, which consists of wiping down tables and sweeping under them. Please designate someone from your group to be "point person" for enlisting/assigning this service as a way to give back to camp. Thank you!
