• STREAM CAMP Reservation & Deposit Info

    Complete this ONLINE Form to guarantee a spot for your child(ren). Last summer the camp was very popular and we anticipate filling up quickly this year. There are three weeks of camp at two locations this year. Please visit www.streamcamp.org for the all camp program infomation before starting your reservation. When ready to reserve, click on the NEXT buttom at the bottom of this page to begin yout reservation.

    Please note: 

    The following camp types will be capped at 8 students per week per class.

    Grd. 4 - 8 Lego Mindstorms (June 17th - 21st only)

    Grd. 6 - 8 Innovation & Design "RESTART"

    Grd. 6 - 8 APP Creation "MASHUP"

    All reservations are on a first come first serve basis upon recieipt of deposit check(s). Parents will be notified and deposits will be refunded if any camp is filled OR canceled.

    Deposit Payment Info:

    DUE April 15th - deposit of $25 per week, per camper will reserve a spot. A late fee of $10 will be added for any late reservation or deposit payment. 

    Retain your Parent ID number provided in the reservation confirmation email. You will use it when sending in the deposit and later for registration. Send a separate check for each location to your child's school by the DUE date. Credit or Debit Cards will be accepted for Tuition Balances but not for the deposit. Make sure to put your parent ID on the note section of every check. If you do not attend Saint Ann or Saint Raphael School please mail the deposit to the location of your chosen camp or camps. Addresses are provided on the confirmation email.

    If you have been notified that you are a scholarship recipient please use the Scholarship ID provided to you when making the reservation. Place the scholarship ID in the box provided under the week that you would like to redeem the scholarship for.

    Registration $ Tuition Payment Instructions.

    Once we receive the online reservation form and the deposit payment, registration instructions, scholarship applications, discounts and payment information will be sent via email to the address listed in the reservation form. Please check your mail regularly as well as any spam or junk mail folders.

    Cancellations

    ​Campers can cancel for a full refund up to two weeks before the registered session. 50% of tuition will be returned if camper's cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior to registered session.

    We reserve the right to change, or cancel any or all of the dates and programs. If any camp session is canceled a refund will be issued to those registered for that Camp.
