  • The purpose of this form is to streamline the submission process of newletter content, press releases and ad requests.

    Press releases require a minimum of five business days to be completed.

    If you are requesting a press release regarding an event, this form should be completed at least three weeks in advance of the event, so the release can be distributed to media at least two weeks prior to the event.

  • Please complete the following form to have a press release issued to local media outlets or social media outlets (i.e. upcoming event, accomplishment or announcement).

  • Have an exciting story you want to share? Submit your story for an opportunity to be featured in an upcoming Quarterly Newsletter!

    1. Submit this form for each article you wish to post.
    2. Submissions are due: Dec 15th for the Winter Newsletter, March 15th for the Spring Newsletter, June 15th for the Summer Newsletter, Sept 15th for the Fall Newsletter). Articles may be submitted as early as you wish.
    3. Please do not bold, underline, or use ALL CAPITALS.
    4. Please keep articles to 150 words or less.
    5. Submit a photo.
    6. Be sure to include dates, times, and room locations.
    7. Please strive to add fresh and interesting content with each submission.
