    This seminar will walk you through our Online Plan Room and the best practices related to system navigation and use of features to give you a competitive edge.

    Who Should Attend: New Employee’s, members looking to better understand the system, and non-members that would like to see why the plan room is our #1 member benefit.

    Within this training session, we will review the following content:
    • Pre-Bid Projects- how to interact with and track projects in the planning stage
    • Bidding Projects- information, notes, addenda, how to interact with the project bidders list, access project plans and specs, track/favorite projects
    • Post-Bid Projects- track and view project results
    • Filtered Saved Searches- how to setup filtered search with geographic and/or spec book keyword parameters to make you more productive
    • Setup filtered daily email updates so you are letting the system work for you
    • Ordering prints from our office
    • Downloading plans and specs
    • Downloading and accessing take-off software suite
