  • Thank you for your interest in sponsoring ASUG Experience for HR & Payroll conference taking place October 16– 18, 2019, in Toronto, Ontario. Scroll down to review the selection of advertising and sponsorship opportunities. This agreement does not guarantee a specific location on the show floor, as space will be assigned at the discretion of ASUG show management for participants who are fully paid and in good standing with ASUG and SAP.

    Once you have submitted your sponsorship application, please expect a response within three to five (3–5) business days for review and follow-up. Filling out this form does not confirm sponsorship. Your sponsorship is confirmed once you've received a confirmation email from hrpayroll@asug.com.

    Before you get started:

    • Make sure you have your logo (.eps or .ai), company description, and authorized signer ready.
    • Plan on five minutes to complete the form. Taking breaks from the form may cause it to timeout and result in an error.
    • Note: All speakers are required to be active members of Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) in good standing in order to present at ASUG events. Nonmember speakers will need to confirm membership in order to be accepted as speakers for the event. Complimentary or discounted registration invites will be withheld until membership is confirmed.

  • We ask that you provide a second contact (we encourage this to be a person likely to be on site at the event) to ensure all important information reaches your organization.

  • SOLD OUT Premier Package (exclusive): $17,500 USD

    • Discovery session with ASUG research team to discuss the keynote topic, featuring early access to results from an ASUG-conducted survey on an issue relevant to the community
    • Opening keynote held jointly with ASUG in general session room
    • Six-foot table space in vendor area
    • Listed as Premier Sponsor on all event materials, signage, websites, and slides
    • Eight (8) complimentary registration passes (this includes any speakers presenting the Premier Sponsorship keynote session)

    Platinum Package: $10,000 USD

    • Exclusive 30-minute general session
    • Six-foot table space in vendor area
    • Listed as Platinum Sponsor on all event materials, signage, websites, and slides
    • Six (6) complimentary registration passes (this includes any speakers presenting the Platinum Sponsorship general session)


    Gold Package: $7,500 USD

    • Exclusive 30-minute breakout session during networking break
    • Six-foot table space in vendor area
    • Listed as Gold Sponsor on all event materials, signage, websites, and slides
    • Four (4) complimentary registration passes (this includes any speakers
      presenting the Gold Sponsorship breakout session)


    Silver Package: $4,000 USD

    • Six-foot table space in vendor area
    • Listed as Silver Sponsor on all event materials, signage, websites, and slides
    • Two (2) complimentary registration passes

    Please submit a company logo and a description of your company or product that will appear in both the ASUG Experience for HR & Payroll conference app and event website (hrpayroll.asug.com). When shown on the conference website, logos will be displayed on a white background.

  • IMPORTANT NOTICE

    The Rules and Regulations apply to all activities related to 2019 ASUG Experience for HR & Payroll. All Rules and Regulations should be read carefully before signing. Please forward the Rules and Regulation to the appropriate show coordinator or individual(s) responsible for your participation at this event. Upon electronically signing this Application and Contract, the Sponsor acknowledges that he/she has read, understands, and will abide by the ASUG Rules and Regulations for 2019 ASUG Experience for HR & Payroll conference, which are a part of this contract, and will comply with all conditions under which the event space at the event facility leased to ASUG. Cancellation of sponsor participation is subject to penalty, per the ASUG Rules and Reguations. All cancellation must be directed in writing to Americas' SAP Users' Group, 20 N.     An invoice will follow upon approval of contract. All contracts must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event. Payment methods accepted include credit card, ACH, wire, and check. For ACH and wires, please contact ASUGFinance@asug.com.
