For this mentorship program, you will be asked to coordinate weekly meetings (either through conference calls or in person) with your group members beginning at least 10 weeks before the mission trip if possible. BWO staff will supply you with weekly devotionals and training videos to review with your small group. During the weekly meetings, you will help lead and facilitate discussions and encourage prayer and support for your group. You will also have the opportunity to dive into more leadership and planning with BWO staff. During the mission trip, you will continue to help lead, mentor, encourage, and pray for and with your group. Following the mission trip, you will have access to 6 weeks of devotionals on "Coming Home" and how to process what you and your team have experienced on the mission field.
