  • IMPORTANT FINANCIAL INFORMATION (Please read through before submitting the form)

A non-refundable processing fee of $25 is required for each application.

A $150 mandatory deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit is to guarantee and secure your child's spot and will be applied towards the child's tuition balance the week before camp starts. If your child is awarded a full-tuition scholarship to attend a camp, the deposit will be applied towards camp fees and costs incurred during camp, if any, and any remaining amounts will be refunded upon successful completion of all program and scholarship requirements (within two weeks of the end of the last camp).

Tuition scholarships cover 50-100% of the tuition based on the applicant's documents and available funds. Scholarship recipients only pay the amount not covered by the scholarship--amount to be determined within one week of the completed application date. Scholarship recipients must attend all 3 weeks of camp as per scholarship terms and conditions.

Cancellation of registration must be at least 30 days before the start of camp in order to get a deposit refund. If cancellation is requested less than 30 days in advance, the deposit will be forfeited.

Camp fees will be calculated and announced to parents closer to the camp start dates based on costs of field trips, camp T-shirts, etc. and payments of those fees are due before camp starts.

If registering for a camp that is full and has a waiting list, the amount of the deposit will be fully refunded as soon as we determine that we are not able to offer your child a spot in that camp.

In the case of unexcused excessive absence resulting in camper's inability to complete program/scholarship requirements, the deposit will be forfeited and parents/guardians of the scholarship recepient may be billed for the amount of the tuition scholarship awarded.
