Each exhibitor is responsible for transport, set-up, and breakdown of their exhibit and materials. Exhibitor agrees to have their booth staffed during the entire event. All Exhibitor products and signage must fit within the booth and must not block any other booth or walkway.
The event will not provide tents, tables, chairs, electricity or internet.
Food and beverage sampling must comply with all city and county regulations and temporary food permits are the responsibility of the vendor.
No other businesses may operate out of your booth.
Please note that the Finish Line Festivals are outdoors. Vendors need to be prepared to secure their booths and tents. You must provide at least 20 lb weight per leg of your tent, in addition to any stakes used to secure the tent.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations received no less than one month prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Refunds will not be made due to inclement weather.
