  • Position Title: Research Lead

    Reports To: Research Director, Advertising and Public Relations Directors

    Overview:

    The Research Lead is pivotal in crafting data-driven insights that shape strategic campaign development for Lindsey + Asp’s clients. This role involves overseeing both primary and secondary research efforts to assess a brand’s position and inform targeted strategies. The Research Lead will utilize findings to develop research-driven creative briefs, make strategic recommendations, and direct budget allocation across various channels. Ideal candidates bring a blend of analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to explore new insights that guide effective campaign strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    -Lead primary and secondary research to understand client brand positioning, audience insights, and market dynamics
    -Develop data-driven recommendations and campaign strategies that align with client objectives
    -Write research-driven creative briefs to guide the agency’s creative direction
    -Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams, ensuring actionable insights
    -Attend weekly meetings, maintain consistent communication with the Research Director, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines

    -Inquisitive and eager to explore new research techniques and methodologies
    -Versatile, able to adapt research findings across various client needs and media channels

    All Agency Members are required to meet in Lindsey+Asp from 4 to 6 p.m. every Monday.
