    Unlisted Insurance

If you have an insurance not listed above and it has blue cross/ blue shield listed on the card, you most likely have coverage. You may have a deductible or copay.

If your plan is not a blue cross/blue shield please contact the office.

It is important for you to know your in network vs out of network benefits. Just because a provider is " in network" does not mean care will be covered or that it wil be affordable.

When you present to the office we will verify your coverage and after the consultation and examination we will discuss your coverage and determine the best option.

We find that with these type of plans the in network and out of network copays and/or deductibles often are more costly than other options available.
