VannGo invoices in advance on a 28-day cycle. Invoiced amounts are for the entire period, which shall not be prorated (i.e., charges for less than a full period shall not be prorated). NO REFUNDS/ADJUSTMENTS SHALL BE ISSUED WHEN PICK UP REQUEST IS RECEIVED AFTER INVOICE CREATION.

Storms and high winds can sometimes cause portable restrooms to tip over. To help prevent this, we offer an anchor kit for an additional $15 per unit.*

If the location needs to be secured with a lock, a combination lock is the only VPS approved option. Daily schedules are based on service vehicle approaching location, driving directly to unit(s), servicing and driving out. Units may not be serviced if equipment / vehicles are blocking access.*

**Setup and Removal**

VannGo will send an ETA text when in route. If there are delays in setup or removal not caused by VannGo, a fee of $75 will be charged for each 30-minute increment per delivery/pick up truck.

To minimize potential delays, a layout map for all equipment must be provided at least 24 hours before delivery.
