    1. Marshal Protective Services works overnight schedules including weekends and Holidays.

    2.  While Marshal Protective Services does not object to employees working other jobs, if you are employed full time by MPS you will be expected to make our work schedule your priority.

    3. You will need to have in your possession, an active guard card issued by DPS and a duty belt including a belt, flashlight and handcuffs for Level 2 officers, and an approved  sidearm (9mm semi-auto preferably) for Level 3 officers.

    All officers are required to have reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
