We invite all vendors and interested businesses to apply for space at the Silver City Wine Festival.
Please note priority will be given to those who are New Mexico True certified and are local in the comminuty. Vendor space and availability is very limited. Space is not guaranteed until an application is reviewed, approved and all applicable fees and paperwork is submitted.

VENDOR INFORMATION:

Vendor Eligibility: Any licensed business with a unique, approved product is encouraged to apply.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone, based on issues of balance of like products, timeliness and thoroughness of application, and appropriateness of product to the client base.

All food vendors must have access to a licensed kitchen.

Vendor spaces are assigned based on date when complete applications (including fees) are received.

Due to New Mexico Wine's partnership with the New Mexico Tourism Department, regional and New Mexico true certified vendors will be chosen over national brands.

$150 for food trucks and vendors
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Please allow up to at least 2 weeks for the review process.
Upon acceptance, detailed registration information including required paperwork and firm deadlines will be emailed to you.

A clean and professional presentation.

Unique products, foods, or services.

Photos are required as part of the application process. A vendor will not be accepted if a photo is not submitted of product(s), booth, or truck set-up. If a food truck please include a picture of your truck.
