Your supplies will be sent to you automatically on a quarterly basis with no additional shipping or handling fees. If you have moved or your insurance has changed, please let us know prior to sending your supplies. If we do not have the current insurance information, it could result in higher out of pocket expensive. Please note, insurance allows Fairway Medical to bill for supplies every 3 months.
