• HML Homeowner Key Fob Request

  • Purpose

    The HML key fob access system exists to provide residents with ease of access to secured amenities provided by the HOA and to protect the investment in each amenity by adding locks and cameras. This waiver outlines the expectations of the HOA and the responsibility of the homeowner.

    Definitions

    For this document, “owner” is defined as the resident who has purchased the key fob(s). This form is to be filled out and signed by the homeowner. Homeowner key fob(s) are not transferable to new homeowners upon sale of the residence.

  • Submit this online Amenity Waiver form and an invoice for $25 (per fob) will be submitted to the community portal for online payment. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive your key fob(s) within 10 days.

    • Each HML residence may purchase up to two fobs.
    • If you are replacing lost or broken key fob(s), please include a note referencing the old key fob number or the number of the fob you do NOT want inactivated.
    • The homeowner must be in good standing with the HOA. (Annual dues paid and no unresolved covenant letters).
    • Your fob(s) cannot be sold, traded, or loaned to anyone not living at your HML residence.
    • Guest are allowed to accompany you to any of our amenities, but you must be present at all times.
    • Violation of posted amenity rules will result in suspension of your fob access.
    • Key fob(s) are non-transferrable upon sale of the residence.

  • Responsibilities of the Homeowner

    The homeowner agrees to review and abide by the following rules:
  • If the owner of the key fob is found to be in violation of any HML covenant, any posted amenity rule, or the responsibilities outlined in this document, their access to all HML amenities will be turned off until a review with the HOA Board of Directors can take place. The HML HOA Board of Directors reserves the right to keep the owner’s access to amenities turned off until all open issues have been resolved.
