    YOU can save lives!
Northeast Wisconsin Prepared School Initiative Sponsorship Program
  • Our goal with this initiative is to get every teacher and school in Northeast Wisconsin prepared to save children’s lives should an act of violence occur on school grounds or natural disaster.

Our two healthcare coalitions have already secured the online classes for every teacher( almost 7,000) in the region to take a safety and emergency medical course presented online by citizenAID of North America. (www.citizenaid.us).

Our next step is to secure Public Treatment Kits for every classroom and Wall
Stations with multiple treatment kits inside to be mounted in schools next to AEDs.

Your donation can be anonymous and/or be for a specific community or added to the general program. The easiest most tax deductible way is to purchase directly from citizenAid and have it shipped to Brown County Health Department. It will be then added to the program. A check can be made out to Brown County Health Department and sent to 3390 Davies Ave, Green Bay, WI 54311. It will then be deposited and a purchase will be made to citizenAid.us for kits. A tax deductible receipt will be mailed to you for tax purposes.

The form below will be sent directly to Dave Taylor, the Northeast Wisconsin Regional Trauma Advisory Council coordinator and program manager. He will contact you directly. Form information is HIPAA compliant and will not be shared for any reason.
