- Research Fee Policy (PLEASE READ): Thank you for allowing me to service you and/or your families travel needs!
- In order to provide professional services required to design and arrange your travels a research fee is required. This fee includes an initial trip consultation.
- The base fees are: $25 (1-9 guests); $75 (10-19 guests); $150 (20-49 guests); and $250 (50+ guests). This fee is non-refundable. At the discretion of Gone Again Vacations, this deposit can be added to your balance at time of booking or if no booking takes place, it will be retained for services rendered.
- Vacation planning involves a great deal of time. My work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. I research cruises, hotels, tours and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries and more. I provide itineraries, vacation plans and tailored travel arrangements that give travelers peace of mind and save them time.
- Once Gone Again Vacations has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop it on the internet or wherever you would like. If you choose not to book with me for any reason (decide not to go, book it elsewhere, was just shopping etc.) then the fee will be retained by us as payment for services rendered. The research fee is valid for 30 days (includes 1 destination change). If no booking has taken place, we will consider the request cancelled. If you reconvene anytime thereafter, a new research fee will be due.
