IACA Membership Form - Individual Member

Your membership provides crucial support, which allows us to fund programs and services, and educational opportunities that bring our mission to life. We are dedicated to providing both artists and audiences the highest level of programming possible.
BASIC MEMBERSHIP:
- Individual Member:
  $30.00 for 6 months
  $60.00 for 12 months
BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- Affliation with an Organization of Integrity
- Access to Artist Resources
- Waived Grant Application Review Fees (for the duration of membership)
- Listing in Featured Aritst Registry (if selected by curator)
- Opportunity for Sponsorship (assisting IACA with fundraising is required)
- Invitation to Exclusive Membership Events
