I understand that Swink School District is not responsible for students during high school open campus and release them from liability during these periods.

We understand that field trips within 30 miles will not require an individual signed permission slip. I, the parent/ guardian, give permission for my child to attend these short events which could include bus transportation or walking. Parents/ guardians will be notified via text messaging.

I give permission for the school to release media of my child, with first and last name captioned, for publication about events/ awards that occur at the school. Locations may include, but not be limited to: Swink School yearbook, Swink School website, Swink School newspaper, Swink School social media, Swink Town flyer, and local newspapers.

I give permission for Swink School (office & administration) to contact my secondary student via text messaging about events and activities.
