We have experience working with small developers and business owners in designing various projects that include lease spaces, storefront churches, duplexes, and single family home projects. Our Architectural Drafting and Design includes – laying out plans in AutoCad using a clear outline of what the client needs. Based on the I.B.C. and I.R.C. and local building codes.

Check your local permiting offices to see if you need to have a registered Architect to form your Contract Drawings for the permitting of your project. If this is the case we can accomodate with an Architectural Review and Sign Service.

Please note that projects that are new construction and some rehab construction will need a structural engineer to sign off on all Contract Documents. Some rehab projects that need substantial structural or exitway changes.
