By clicking the submit button, I promise to provide proper nutrition, veterinary care, and a safe environment for all adopted cats.
By clicking the submit button I promise to seek immediate medical care for this animal in the event of sickness or or injury, including unusual symptoms such as loss of appetite, coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, blood in urine/stool, allergies, skin conditions, lethargy, all at my (Adopter's) own expense.

By clicking the submit button, I understand there is an adoption donation associated with adoption of a pet from CATSTORIA of $125 per cat/kitten and $200 per pair. I understand this donation will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another homeless pet.

By clicking the submit button, I understand that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to notify CATSTORIA BY EMAIL and provide a 14 day period to allow CATSTORIA to make arrangents for my pet to be taken back into rescue.
By clicking the submit button, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless CATSTORIA against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed.
By clicking the submit button, I understand that CATSTORIA will disclose any of the pet's health or behavior issues known by the above named rescue group before adoption is completed.
By clicking the submit button, I understand that if given the cat I will NOT declaw the cat or cats under any circumstances.
By clicking the submit button, I understand that if I no longer want my pet, or am no longer able to care for my adopted pet, I will be directed to surrender my pet to CATSTORIA and provide transport to where CATSTORIA deems appropriate. I will NOT give this pet to another person for any reason without written permission from CATSTORIA.
By clicking this button, I understand and agree that CATSTORIA does not guarentee the health, training or temperament of the animals placed for adoption.
By clicking this button I agree to reimburse CATSTORIA for any and all legal fees and court costs it occurs enforcing the terms and conditions of this agreement.
By clicking the submit button, I fully and completely release CATSTORIA, its directors, officers, employees, agents and servants, from any claim, cause of action or liability for any defects or illnesses this animl may have or develop and indemnify and hold CATSTORIA, its directors, officers, employees, agents and servants harmless against all claims, causes of action, or liability, including, but not limited to, those asserted by third persons, for any injury, death, or damage to persons, animals, or property caused or alleged to be caused by this animal.

If CATSTORIA determines that this agreement has any false or misleading statement, CATSTORIA shall have the right to terminate the adoption at any time, reclaim the animal, and excercise all of the rights and remedies provided in this agreement for breaches of the agreement.
