This is where the “change work” takes place. It may be where we go through the process needed to help you with aleviating anxiety, stress, depression, pain management, weight release, becoming a non-smoker, overcoming fear of public speaking or something else.
The therapy that is done is only what you have said at the beginning of the session that you want done. You will not come in seeking to improve your job performance and walk out with the uncontrollable urge to go on a diet.
The specific approach to the change work that I do is once again 100% client driven. What your needs are determine what approach I take.
Keep in mind, I’m just your tour guide as you explore your subconscious mind through regression back to scenes in your life that are all to do with why, where, how, and when you aquired these current unserving beliefs.
You'll get "A-ha" moments where you chain together these scenes and make sense of why, how, where, and when these past events in your life contributed to this current issue in your life. We'll put these together and through a variety of other dialoguing techniques, upgrade your beliefs to new beliefs to serve the life you want to have now.
After a quick 1 minute practice of getting into hypnosis, we'll do the relaxing induction, one to three deepening techniques which may include me touching your hands or head, then begin the regression. The regression portion is where we go back to scenes which allow for your understanding of where this current day issue first came into your life. We use more dialoguing techniques to eliminate and upgrade your unserving beliefs and create a 12-15 minute personalized recording specifically for you to address your life without your current issue.
