POSITIONS: I understand that all positions are not subject to full time or part time hours but are subject and scheduled per Contractual Agreement. I understand that weekends, peak season, and major holidays are a high possibility of scheduling. I understand further details in regards to scheduling will be discussed if I am invited to join the Team of Haus of Dreams.

REQUIREMENTS: I understand that employees must be able to carry items weighing 20+lbs at any given time. I also understand that full sanitization of implements used on location must be properly cleaned, items such as Brushes used for Hair & Makeup, Hot Tools and any makeup items used. I also understand in lieu of COVID-19 that a full mask is required at all times while on location and providing services on clients or assisting. I will be transparent with management if I should become ill or was ill 14 days within a scheduled event, and my temperature will be taken upon the start of my shift, and if my temperature should read 100.3+ I will be asked to leave. All above requirements are mandated and governed by state board and laws of the state of Arizona.
