  • Based on your research request, we recommend you attend a UX Research Office Hour. Office hours are first come, first serve and available remotely. Please find the schedule below:

    Tuesdays: 9:30-10:30am MT; 8:30-9:30am PT; 4:30-5:30pm GBT

    As we work in an Agile fashion, we prioritize and commit to our work at the beginning of each sprint. Any requests that come in after a sprint has begun go in the backlog and must wait until we do sprint planning for the following sprint.
