  • Thank you for your interest in booking a character performer for your upcoming event!  Please complete the following party information form with your event details. Bookings are subject to date & character availability.

    Once we have received your form response and confirmed performer availability, we will email over the Terms & Conditions via Adobe Sign for review with the deposit invoice to follow from our Square Payment Processor to secure the date/time.

    • $50 Deposit - Character Only Events
    • $75 Deposit - Party Carriage Events

    For event dates booked within fourteen (14) days of the performance, an invoice for the FULL balance will be due to secure date/time. 

    Note: Balance invoice reminders are sent the week of the event and are due 24 hours prior to our arrival at your event. 

    For locations outside of 15 miles, package visits must be 30 minutes or longer. A minimum of one hour visits are required for locations outside of 35 miles. Travel fees are calculated from our office location based in the 70003 zip code using Google Maps. Mileage breakdown can be viewed under FAQ's on our website.

  • When selecting the time frame for our visit, we do recommend scheduling our visit around the time you'd be ready for cake with cake time being at the end of our visit.

  • Booking Process Policy Disclaimer

    By completing a form, I acknowledge that my inquiry form does not guarantee availability and that the inquiry form is the only means of submitting my request.  NOLA Pixie Dust does not accept phone or in-person requests and/or payments.  This policy is in place to ensure requests are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis from the completed, time-stamped form.  Once my inquiry form response has been received, the form will be reviewed to check availability.  In the event my inquiry request is unable to be fulfilled, I will be notified and given booking suggestions such as a different time frame or date (if applicable.)  If there are no conflicts or concerns per the request, availability will be acknowledged and the next steps in the booking process will be explained. All aspects of the request must be confirmed before the booking process can begin. The first step to secure a booking includes electronically signing the Terms & Conditions via Adobe Sign.  After the signed documents are returned, the non-refundable deposit invoice will be sent via Square Payment Processor to secure the booking.  I acknowledge that once availability has been confirmed and the booking process has begun, the signed Terms & Conditions documents & paid deposit must be returned to NOLA Pixie Dust within 24 hours of receipt in order to secure my date and time. (After 24 hours, the hold on the date and time will be released and it will no longer be held for my request.)
