What to expect from me- I am a mom of four, sometimes life gets crazy for me and there may be a delay in a reply. Please feel free to reach back out if an appropriate amount of time has passed and you haven't received a response. On occasion emails will get funneled into spam and or I think I have replied, but have gotten side tracked. I am also working hard to observe boundaries of work life versus home life. If I receive correspondence after business hours, over the weekend, holiday, or simply need to take a few days off, you may experience a delay in receiving a reply. I am an artist, that's what brought you here hopefully is an appreciation for my work. I am most passionate about newborn photography, but I am not totally limited to that genre. I enjoy being creative and inspired, art is an emotional thing and an out pouring of my soul, therefore, I cannot fill a cup from an empty pot. While I try my best to deliver what a client has in mind, I reserve the right to also feed my creative and inspirational needs in the way I choose to capture it.
Pricing is in the process of rolling to 2022 packages, but I will allow you to book 2021 pricing if you should decide to do so and remit payment within 48 hours of your submitted inquiry.

We should plan to meet in person at my studio or speak by phone so that we can see if we are a good fit, talk about your goals, and so that I can answer any questions you may have about the pricing options.

I do offer interest free, flexible payment arrangements, the non refundable retainer is due at the time of booking and the balance by five days prior to our session.

Covid-19 has greatly changed the way most businesses are operating, photography is no exception. As an RN the safety of your baby and my own family is paramount. It is important to understand that there may be situations that arise that are out of our control and grace will need to be extended as we find a solution or work around.

FOR POTENTIAL NEWBORN CLIENTS

As a Registered Nurse and mom of three NICU babies I especially understand the importance infection control and baby safety is my primary concern. I limit the number of prebooked newborns per month. If you haven't pre booked I may still be able to fit you in. I accept a limited number of newborns per month so that I am able to coordinate everyone who has pre booked before 30 weeks in the event everyone comes in one week; babies are on their own timeline. I conduct their session typically within two weeks of birth. I don't assign a specific date until baby is born. I do like to aim for about 34 weeks for maternity but this is not a hard and fast rule.

FOR PARENTS PLANNING AHEAD BEFORE BABY HAS ARRIVED

A non refundable session retainer is required for all sessions is $279. If you book prior to delivery, select, and pay for your product package in full before birth the retainer may be applied as an additional product credit. If booked by your 30th week of pregnancy your choice of studio maternity mini* or sitter mini session may be added for $99 for in studio and $199 for location.

There are a few different options for newborn pacakages. A full newborn package (my most popular option,) $799 plus tax it includes a $250 canvas credit, 20 digital files printable to 8x10, and a $200 album credit. Full Newborn sessions include up to two hours in session, customized styling, if desired immediate family or siblings may be included, and studio rental.This is my most popular option, as 100% of your investment is applied to product. You can upgrade canvas size and alter the print sizes within that credit as well. Other package options are also available in addition to flexible payment plans. You'll read more about them below.

Maternity sessions are reserved for clients who are also booked for their newborn session. If you are interested in adding a location maternity session or are beyond 30 weeks pregnant, it can be added as an upgrade for $279.

IF BABY HAS ALREADY ARRIVED

or if you are not interested in a pre-purchased collection, the creative fee and non refundable retainer for the full newborn session is $279, prints are sold a la carte, with digital files for reprinting up to an 8x10 of the images purchased for print provided when an additional minimum purchase of $300 is met. No digital images or prints are included with this option.

As mentioned siblings and parents can be included in FULL NEWBORN SESSIONS at no additional charge. I do ask that there is a dedicated person there to care for siblings, and in most cases we have them come at the end of the session instead of staying the entire time.

My goal is to give you a gallery of 25 images to select from with a full newborn session, however it is totally dependent on the baby’s cooperation.

TO BOOK A SESSION A NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER OF $279 IS DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SUBMISSION AND MY AGREEMENT TO ADD YOU TO MY CALENDAR. IF PRE PAYING FOR A PACKAGE, THE REMAINDER IS DUE BY 39 WEEKS OR FIVE DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION WHICHEVER IS FIRST, HOWEVER YOU MAY ALSO ELECT PAY IN FULL AT BOOKING.
