    In order to provide you with a memorable portrait experience, I have included some questions which will allow me to get to know you a bit better and learn how I can best create personalized images and an enjoyable session.

  • Newborn Session

    Terms & Conditions Please read over and fill it out carefully. Once you click the submit button at the end it will take you to Paypal to complete payment or the deposit. You do not have to have a Paypal account to complete the payment. You can just enter in your card or bank information.
  • Deposit and Payment. Session fee/retainer are due upon booking and are non-refundable. Session fees cover time and talent only and to secure your session date and current pricing, 2-3 hr newborn session, a 11x14 print and 30+ high resolution digital images via download with a print release. The remaining balance must be paid one week prior to the session and before the studio address and details will be given. If you are doing a mini maternity add on you will receive a 30 minute maternity session and 15 high resolution digital images.*
  • Sessions are scheduled Monday-Thursday mornings only. I do not offer weekend appointments.*
  • Client Delivery. You will receive your gallery 2-3 weeks from your session date.*
  • The client agrees to positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this agreement. Celesa Felix Photography is not responsible for key individuals’ failure to be present or to cooperate during photography sessions, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Celesa Felix Photography.No Guaranteed Results-­ Photographer will make a good faith effort to achieve Client’s desired results. However, young children are inherently more challenging to photograph and may experience behavioral or attention-­related problems during the session. Client acknowledges that Photographer cannot and will not guarantee any particular results. If Client’s child does not or cannot cooperate during the session, Client is still responsible for full payment under this Agreement due to time allotted for the session. Please note Celesa Felix has vast experience photographing children and will make all efforts to create cooperative experience with the young clients.*
  • The client agrees that if the baby is older than the two week mark that the photographer typically schedules, the photographer may not be able to do every pose in her traditional workflow. When the baby is older they tend to be more alert, sometimes gassy and not alway pose in the specific poses as they would during the two week mark. The photographer will try her best to get a variety of poses and sometimes the baby will be wrapped in most photographs if the baby will not settle.*
  • Cancellation. In the event of an illness, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. Celesa Felix Photography maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. Requests for rescheduling or re-­shoots are granted only at the photographer's discretion.*
  • Any editing of images from the photographer is unlawful and strictly prohibited. You will receive a print release allowing you the printing rights but altering the images in any way is not allowed..*
  • Celesa Felix Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images created during the portrait session. I give my consent to allow images of myself/my minor child to be used for promotional purposes for Celesa Felix Photography. Such uses include but are not limited to display on website, blog printed materials, portfolio samples, wall displays, marketing and print competitions and vendors use photos.I hereby release Photographer from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.*
  • I give my consent to have my images to be featured on Facebook / Instagram Please note that if you decline to check this box you will not get a 'sneak peak'*

  • If you agree to allowing images on social media, please add your Facebook and Instagram account names below. I would love to tag you in your sneak peek photos. Sometimes accounts are hard to find and some are private so I will do my best.  

           

  • One week prior to the session the photographer will send out the studio address and Prep Guide. The Prep Guide will go over all of the details and what to expect during the session and how to prep, making the session run as smoothly as possible.*

  • Newborn Session Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking in order to reserve your Session. Deposit covers the photographers time and talent only and to secure your session date and current pricing. Re-scheduling may occur to save your deposit if you give at least 48 hours notice and the session is rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original reserved date or if there is a family emergency or serious illness. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate. Re-scheduling of the session due to bad weather may occur at photographers discretion only.*
