  • When a REALTOR® member changes offices or their license status changes, please complete this form in order to help us update our membership records. This form is only for license status or office changes. If a REALTOR® member is switching Associations/Boards, they should submit a membership application to join the new Association/Board of REALTORS® instead of submitting this form.
