The Events Management & Board Intern at the Muscarelle Museum of Art will assist with the planning, logistics, and implementation of the Museum’s public and special events and Muscarelle Museum of Art Foundation Board meetings. This will include working with vendors, researching trends in museum events, creating logistical folders and setup plans, community calendar management, and assisting with day-of event management, including evening events. Duties for the Board include preparing documents for and taking minutes at Board meetings, assist with creating a Board Handbook for all current and incoming Board members, and help design Board Training initiative.
10 to 15 hours per week in segments of no less than 3 hours.
$10 per hour.
