    In order to provide you with a memorable portrait experience, I have included some questions which will allow me to get to know you a bit better and learn how I can best create personalized images and an enjoyable session.

  • Portrait Session

    Terms & Conditions Please read over and fill it out carefully. Once you click the submit button at the end it will take you to Paypal to complete payment of the deposit. You do not have to have a Paypal account to complete the payment. You can just enter in your card or bank information.
  • Deposit and Payment. Retainer is due upon booking and non-­refundable. The Grow With Me Plan includes 4 sessions (maternity, newborn, 6months & one year). Each session is a 30-­40 minutes except for the Newborn (2-­3hrs) and a 1yr Cake Smash (1hr). You will receive 20-30 high resolution images from each session and you will be given a print release that allows you to print images as you wish. 25 birth announcements will also be provided with the Newborn Session.*
  • Scheduling. All outdoor sessions are held 1-2 hours prior to sunset Monday - Thursday. Studio sessions are scheduled on Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00-2:00pm only. I do not schedule on the weekends to allow time with my family.*
  • Delivery. 2 weeks after each session you will receive a email with your online gallery. Please note galleries will not be emailed until final payment is received. Acceptable form of payment is Credit Card. Fees are non-­refundable.*
  • The client agrees to positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this agreement. Celesa Felix Photography is not responsible for key individuals’ failure to be present or to cooperate during photography sessions, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Celesa Felix Photography. No Guaranteed Results-­ Photographer will make a good faith effort to achieve Client’s desired results. However, young children are inherently more challenging to photograph and may experience behavioral or attention-­related problems during the session. Client acknowledges that Photographer cannot and will not guarantee any particular results. If Client’s child does not or cannot cooperate during the session, Client is still responsible for full payment under this Agreement due to time allotted for the session. Please note Celesa Felix has vast experience photographing children and will make all efforts to create cooperative experience with the young clients.*
  • Cancellation. In the event of an illness, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. If Celesa Felix Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return any deposit or sitting fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Studio/Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Studio/Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.*
  • Reproduction of images without express consent from the photographer is unlawful and strictly prohibited. Scanning, screen capturing, and printing of said images are all considered copyright infringement.*
  • Celesa Felix Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images created during the portrait session.   • I give my consent to have my images be featured on Facebook / Instagram. I will allow images of myself/my minor child to be used for promotional purposes for Celesa Felix Photography. Such uses include but are not limited to display on website, blog printed materials, portfolio samples, wall displays, marketing and print competitions and vendors use photos. I hereby release Photographer from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. Please note that if you decline to check this box you will not get a 'sneak peak'*

  • If you agree to allowing images on social media, please add your Facebook and Instagram account names below. I would love to tag you in your sneak peek photos. Sometimes accounts are hard to find and some are private so I will do my best.

          

  • Additional Milestone Add-ons: When purchasing my GWM Plan you have access to discounted milestone sessions. If you would like to add on a 3 month, 9 month or a mini family session you can do that when checking out. If you wish to wait you will still have access to the discount during the plan.*

  • Portrait Session Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer is due upon booking in order to reserve your GWMP. If you wish to pay in full please select the option below. Retainer covers the photographers time and talent only and to secure your session date and current pricing. Final payment is due one week prior to your scheduled session. Re-scheduling may occur to save your deposit if you give at least 48 hours notice and the session is rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original reserved date or if there is a family emergency or serious illness. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate. Re-scheduling of the session due to bad weather may occur at photographers discretion only.*
