You must complete this application in one sitting, it will take 45-60 minutes to complete, plan accordingly!

The enclosed application provides ABSOLUTE MINISTRIES with a resume of your life, family history, legal status, education, and employment data.

This form shall be completed by the applicant. At the end of this application there will be a link to pay your application fee of $300 online ($250 App fee & $50 background check). A check can also be submitted later, or you can contact us to discuss other options after completion of your application. However, your method of payment must be communicated or done prior to application being reviewed.
