  • Fenix-Store Return Policy:

    • All products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase
    • Fenix-Store is unable to give refunds for orders made with other retailers. We are happy to service your warranty whenever possible.

    Fenix Manufacturer's Warranty

    All Fenix products will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer within the full-coverage warranty period based on the classifications below:

    • Flashlights and Headlamps with removeable battery: Full coverage for 5 years from purchase date
    • Flashlights and Headlamps with built-in battery: Full coverage for 2 years from purchase date
    • Batteries, Battery Chargers, and other electronic accessories: Full coverage for 1 year from purchase date

    Fenix-Store will facilitate repairs/replacement under warranty for Fenix products purchased from any retailer whenever possible but you may occassionally be forwarded to a different repair center, depending on your product's serial number and circumstance.
