This project maps the memories of Latinxs in the Washington metropolitan area through the community's personal photographs, documenting everyday life in the area throughout the decades.

This cannot be done without your help! Search through your own, or your family's, photo albums, storage containers, and even Facebook's, and share with us your memories of the DMV.

These photographs will be sifted through and considered for a two-fold project involving wheatpasting, as well as an immersive gallery experience that will remind us of where we've been, how its changed, and where we are now.
