    Welcome to the Fall 2019 Vendor Application!

  • Our shows are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.  Additionally, we limit the number of vendors in each category.  We will notify you if your category has been filled.

    ​Please fill out the application (one application for all shows) and indicate which shows you plan to participate in. Once approved you will need to make your payment either online or by mailing a check made payable to Happy Garren Productions, 13714 Whitchurch Way, Houston, TX 77015.

    Once you have submitted your application, we will notify you of your approval.  If you haven't heard back from us within two days, please call Mickey at 713.702.2816.

  • Booths will be limited by type of craft and no space will be reserved until payment and signed application are returned. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RAIN DATES. Returned check fee is $35.

     

    BOOTH FEES: All shows except December Lake Jackson

    – Standard Booth (10' x 18') - $100 if received no later than one week before the show. 

    – Double Booth (20' x 18') - $150 if received no later than one week before the show.

    BOOTH FEES: December Lake Jackson Show

    – Standard Booth (10' x 18') - $150 if received no later than one week before the show.

    – Double Booth (20' x 18') - $225 if received no later than one week before the show.

    SET UP: Begins at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday. With prior approval you may set up on Friday night from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. but be aware that there is NO security on Friday night.

    Security is provided on Saturday night from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00a.m. It is your decision whether or not you leave your tent and products.

    All exhibitors must be set-up by 10:00 AM and MUST remain set up until the show closes and all customers have left the area. All cars must be moved to designated parking areas by 9:30 AM.

    PARTICIPATION RULES

    1. All items must be handcrafted or hand-painted by the exhibitor. Do not bring any resale items.
    2. No commercially produced jewelry or clothing allowed; all others must be approved and must be altered by at least 80% by the exhibitor.
    3. No manufactured, imported or commercially made items. Happy Garren Productions reserves the right to bar items in bad taste or that do not meet the rules.
    4. The exhibitor must provide own display equipment including tent, tent weights, tables, and chairs. Tables must be draped on all sides.
    5. For outside shows, the exhibitor must secure booth display against the wind. You MUST have at least 30 lbs of weight on each tent leg. You are responsible for any damage caused by your display to other exhibitors’ merchandise or to customers. Damaged merchandise must be paid back at retail sticker price.
    6. The exhibitor is responsible to collect and report own sales tax and obtain food handling permits if needed.
    7. The exhibitor must contain trash & leave booth area clean at the end of both days. NO ALCOHOL BEVERAGE may be consumed during the show. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE BOOTHS. PLEASE USE designated smoking areas.
    8. The exhibitor must provide own display equipment. Tables must be draped on all sides.
    9. DO NOT have a percent off sale or go down on prices. When you do this our customers expect all exhibitors to go down and this portrays a flea market atmosphere. The stores Happy Garren Productions leases from do not want a flea market on their property and they can cancel the lease if they find out this is occurring.

  • I, (as your previously filled out name and address (hereinafter called "Seller"), in consideration of being provided selling space rental at any Happy Garren Productions shows, agree to the terms and conditions of current rules: 1. Seller shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Happy Garren Productions, owners/agents/coordinators, servants, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all loss, damages, liability, claims, suits, costs and expenses, whatsoever, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, regardless of the merit or outcome of any such claim or suit, arising from or in any manner connected to the willful misconduct or negligent acts, errors, or omissions of Seller, its agents and employees, in connection with Seller’s participation in the Happy Garren Productions craft shows.2. Seller acknowledges receipt of and agrees to comply with each rule, regulation, procedure, term, and condition outlined.
