    Chapter Monthly Entity Report

    This entity report is filled out and reported by your Chapter President. Please list who your current board members are. This information is reported to the National Board of Directors. Any changes to your President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer must be reported.
  • Presidential Reporting

    Your elected Chapter President is responsible / in charge of operations and staffing the new Chapter with approval of the National Board of Directors. This individual holding the position of President would report to the National President Jason Zaideman. If the chapter President cannot maintain a Vice President, Secretary and a Treasurer that are fulfilling their assigned duties, running the Chapter, sticking to the mission,  then it is the National Presidents duty to dissolve (close) your Chapter. It is the chapter Presidents duty to build a solid team and keep them on task. If someone on your team that volunteered to hold a position cannot accomplish their assigned duty then it is your job as Chapter President to remove them and find someone that can. At least 50% of your team must be honorable discharge Veterans. You cannot do this alone. Please inform all of your team that there will be background checks on all individuals you elect. You may not use an alias and must introduce yourself as your true name in public. Social media name is your choice. Having a nick name with the guys is obviously acceptable.
