  • Beauty Reservation Policy

    We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago or a life occurrence happens. All reservations are confirmed VIA text message and email. We send out an appointment confirmation one week, 3 days and the day before for your convenience.
  • Late Arrival

    We understand downtown parking can be challenging. Please plan accordingly, especially around meal times, as street parking can fill up. We encourage you to park in the public parking lot south of Josiah's Coffeeshop and download the Park Smarter app to make things much easier!
  • What if Atoley Needs to Cancel?

    Our team stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients, for any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor a discount off on your next service. Unfortunately, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of the salon's hands (i.e. power outage, unfortunate incidence, weather etc.) that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we will gladly reschedule your reservation. The discount will not apply.
