Beauty Reservation Policy
We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago or a life occurrence happens. All reservations are confirmed VIA text message and email. We send out an appointment confirmation one week, 3 days and the day before for your convenience.
Your reservations are very important to the Atoley team, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life happens; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
I understand the reservation and cancellation policies at Atoley Salon and Spa and understand that a $25 credit to the service provider will be added to my next reservation if I fail to give 24 hours notice for appointments.
We understand downtown parking can be challenging. Please plan accordingly, especially around meal times, as street parking can fill up. We encourage you to park in the public parking lot south of Josiah's Coffeeshop and download the Park Smarter app to make things much easier!
Your time is extraordinarily important to us. It's our goal to provide you with focused attention and consideration while we tend to your beauty needs. Likewise, our time is important to all guests who reserve it in order to have our focused attention. For this reason, any guest arrival more than 15 minutes beyond the reserved time may be rescheduled by our Atoley team, as necessary. We understand that life happens, and we will address any and all situations as best we can to safeguard overall satisfaction.

What if Atoley Needs to Cancel?
Our team stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients, for any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honor a discount off on your next service. Unfortunately, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of the salon's hands (i.e. power outage, unfortunate incidence, weather etc.) that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we will gladly reschedule your reservation. The discount will not apply.
